With just two events left in the 2009 WPBA season, time is running out to win some free Dawg Dough. Same rules as always. You pick your favorite 8 players, the picker with the most points wins the $100 gift certificate, 2nd place gets $75, 3rd gets $50, 4th gets $25 and 5th gets $10.
WPBA Pacific Coast Classic Pick’em
All you need to do is click the above link, read through the directions, register and you’re good to go. As always, we’ll announce the winners on Monday after the event.
The new pick’em for the WPBA Colorado Classic is now live. There are a few slots that haven’t been determined (as the qualifiers still are up in the air), but you can go ahead and register your picks anytime between now and 9/16/09.
As this is a new event and its in our backyard (well, its way south of us, but its still in Colorado, so we’ll call it our backyard), we’ve decided to bump up the prizes a bit. Just for this event, we’ve increased all five of the prizes:
1st: $125 Gift Certificate
2nd: $100 Gift Certificate
3rd: $75 Gift Certificate
4th: $50 Gift Certificate
5th: $25 Gift Certificate
Other than that, same rules as always. Pick who you think will finish in the Top 8. Points are given out based on where your players finish: 1st gets 160, 2nd gets 150 and so on down to 16th which gets 10 points. The person with the highest total points wins. In the event of a tie, we use a randomizer to break it and choose a winner.
If you’ve played before, just use your existing account. New players just need to fill out the easy registration form. So what are you waiting for? Get picking already!
