We lost several hundred friends (all of whom friended us, none of whom did so in response to our friend requests). We'd sent a total of 5 individual messages, so we weren't spamming. We weren't selling anything. We've contacted them twice and get B.S. autobot responses. They say we violated the T.O.S., which we've read and don't think we did... Jerks...
