How and what can I return to pooldawg.com?

Here at pooldawg.com we can accept most returns from cues to table parts. We have a pretty lenient return policy within 30 days. However, if you are returning a pool cue we cannot take back a cue that has been chalked. If you purchase a cue stick from pooldawg.com please take a few practice shots without chalk and roll your cue. If you don’t like the look or the feel of the cue we can do a return.  If you do chalk your cue and than want to return, unfortunately we cannot take it back unless under special circumstances like a manufacturer defect. If this was to occur we would have to get the cue back and inspect it to be sure that this was the case. Other wise we would are more than willing to take back an un-chalked cue.

When or if you have decided to return an item please just give us a call at 866-843-3294 or email us at info@pooldawg.com. Our customer service representatives would be more than happy to help you with this.

The way that pooldawg.com does returns is mostly through email. We would email you a shipping label so that you can send it back at our cost and not yours. What you do is just print out this label, tape it to the box and drop it off with UPS. As soon as we receive your returned items we can either issue a credit for them, or send you out a replacement item.  Either way pooldawg.com is happy to help you with your return.
